It's here!! You've talked and we've listened! Your customers no longer need to spend time trying to find that coupon on their mobile phone or 'fat finger' the tablet screen trying to enter their coupon code. They can simply enter their phone number on the tablet and any available coupons associated with their phone number will appear on the tablet screen.
This is going to speed up the line and keep things moving. It's also going to make your customers happy to know they don't have to save their coupon codes on their phones. As most of you know...not every phone receives short-code text messaging, so this will also solve this issue as they don't even need to show you their phone, but again just verify what coupons they have on the tablet.
A couple more tidbits for you. If a customer wants to see what coupons have already been redeemed, they can touch a button for past coupons and they can see what coupon and what date it was redeemed. We've also created a confirmation text message. This means as soon as the coupon is redeemed on the tablet, they will receive a text message confirming they've redeemed their coupon.
Coming soon....the ability for customers to check what coupons are available on their own phone and to redeem coupons by clicking a link on their phone. Very cool stuff...we'll keep you posted on when these features will be available to you and your customers!
Well it's here (almost)!! The Birthday Club feature is something I've wanted to automate for a very long time and I'm happy to announce it's almost LIVE!!
You're going to love this feature. Imagine adding a Drip/Folloup text or sending out an update to your entire database asking them to just reply with their Birthday to receive a special coupon code to redeem on their birthday!?!?
This is just another arrow for your quiver when it comes to retaining your customers and it all starts with the Loyalty Tablet!

A great way to get new members is to promote a Text to Win (T2W) using the tablets. We can set-up your campaign to randomly pick winners every Nth opt in. For example, every time the 10th person joins, they get a 'winner' message. For all of those who join, but did not win, they too get a message, but it's a thanks for trying message. Each person who enters to win, becomes a new contact in your database. If you are interested in setting up a T2W, please let me know and I'll shoot you over a video on how to get it set-up...it's pretty simple!

We now offer the ability to add a coupon code to an auto-engage message. This is a SUPER tool because you are able to track how many people are getting the auto-engage messages (those messages that go out only to those who have NOT checked-in in X amount of days) and how many of those are actually bringing the text message with the coupon back to your store. I highly recommend you take advantage of this new feature!!
We've implemented the ability to control the amount of time the tablet screen stays on the 'reached your goal' page. This is a great option if you do not want to rely on someone showing a text message to redeem the reward. You can simply have the tablet screen say something like: "Congrats! You've earned ABC. Plz show this screen to the cashier to redeem your reward. (this screen will disappear in 40 seconds)".
Now if someone checks-in and it's their reward day, there's no waiting for a text and no holding up any lines. You simply check the screen and honor the reward.
We now offer tiered rewards. For example. If you want to reward a customer for their 5th visit and their 10th visit, you can. This is a great way to keep customers engaged and frequenting more often for the potential to get a better reward the more times they visit.
I'm super excited about auto-engage! This is something I've wanted for customers for several years now and we finally have it! What is it??? Great question! Auto Engage is a setting which is triggered to send a text to a customer if they have NOT 'Checked-In' at your store for X amount of days.
